Villa Rotunda
Bringing modern living concepts to an 1870’s near-original villa in Parnell has design challenges to balance of authenticity versus aspiration in creating an outdoor room.

This reinvented traditional form has liberated the living flow for this elevated inner-city villa. A faceted copper roof extends a veranda providing generous party space and a new connection to the garden and auxillary buildings.
